Too many people spend their lives living in the past and are full of regrets, which leads to depression. Others worry about the future, a major cause of anxiety. The lucky ones, and I’m one of them, live in the now, making the most of what life gives them. I’ve done multiple versions of the same song; these are the two I like best.
